At El Pedregal, we love eating well and pride ourselves on preparing delicious, wholesome food with an emphasis on using local ingredients.
We believe that good food does not have to be elaborate and exotic…simply fresh, local and well prepared. In the kitchen of the lodge at El Pedregal, we make a style of food we call ‘Mexican with a twist’. Highlighting as many local ingredients as possible from the ranches in the area, including cheeses, eggs, meat, produce, beans and other prepared foods. Our organic garden also provides us with much bounty throughout the growing season.
In the morning, we serve breakfast in the Lodge dining room or in one of our outdoor eating areas, weather depending.
We also offer lunch and dinners by prior arrangement and the meals can be simple soups and salads, three course dinners or seven course tasting menus. We plan our menus around what is fresh in the garden.
